Dress Code

DRESS CODE POLICY

The Club dress code policy is an important component of the atmosphere of the Club. It upholds the Club's traditions and values that are committed to providing a respectful environment for all members and guests.

Members are responsible for their own appropriate attire and for communicating the Club dress code policy to guests, children and caregivers.

Dress Code applies to every venue in the Club, unless specifically noted.

Not acceptable: Blue denim (including pants, jackets and shirts), sweatpants/joggers, cargo shorts/pants, cut-offs, short shorts/skirts, bike shorts, yoga leggings/pants, t-shirts, athletic tank tops, sports jerseys and basketball shorts.

Hats are to be worn forward and removed when entering the Clubhouse with the exception of going to and from the locker rooms and on the Porch. 

Any person improperly attired will be asked to change or purchase appropriate clothing in the golf or tennis shop. A member concerned about a violation should quietly inform the manager or a staff member who will deal with it in an appropriate manner.


CLUBHOUSE
 

Clubhouse attire should reflect an elevated and neat look.

Main Level: Living Room, Dining Room and Bar

Men: Collared shirts, trousers or shorts.  All shirt tails must be tucked in.  In the evening, men and boys are required to wear long pants and collared or dress shirts with tails tucked in.  Jackets preferred.

Ladies attire should be equivalent.

Hats/visors must be removed.

Athletic sportswear is not allowed anywhere on the Main Level.

Lower Level: Grill and Pub

Golf (including golf shoes) and racquet attire are permitted.

Hats/visors must be removed.

Lower Level: Porch and Lawn

Golf (including golf shoes) and racquet attire are permitted.

Hats are to be worn forward. 

Shoes are required.

No swimming suits.


BARN

Sports and outdoor attire and blue jeans (neat, not torn or frayed) are permitted. 

Golf Simulators

Hats/visors are to be worn forward.

Shoes must be clean and dry.  Tennis shoes or rubber-nubbed golf shoes are allowed.  Golf shoes with spikes are not permitted.


GOLF

Golf attire applies to the golf course, driving range, golf practice areas and golf shop. Additionally, golf attire may be worn in the Grill, Pub, Porch and Lawn. 

Men: Collared shirts, tucked in, with sleeves. Properly fitted pants or shorts. 

Women: Golf shirts with or without collars. Properly fitted pants, skirts or shorts (no shorter than length of fingertips). 

Soft spiked golf shoes or athletic shoes with rubber soles.

Hats are to be worn forward and removed when entering the Clubhouse with the exception of going to and from the locker rooms. 

Not acceptable: T-shirts, short shorts/skirts, athletic shorts, cargo shorts/pants, blue denim, yoga leggings/pants, sweatpants/joggers, jogging clothes, sports jerseys, athletic tank tops and non-athletic shoes.

Children are expected to follow the dress code.


TENNIS

Predominately white attire (no more than 10% color). 

Appropriate tennis clothes, including tennis shoes, collared shirts (men) and shorts, skirts or tennis dresses.

Children up to age 18 are allowed to wear shirts without collars on the tennis courts. 

Proper flat soled tennis shoes are required on all surfaces. Running shoes may not be worn, they damage the court surface.

Additionally, tennis attire may attire may be worn in the Grill, Pub, Porch and Lawn.


POOL

All swim attire should reflect the Club’s family-friendly environment.

Bathing suits are restricted to the pool area.

Cover-ups, shirts, and shoes are required coming to and from the parking area and dining on the lawn.

Not allowed:  Blue denim (including pants, jackets and shirts), cheeky bathing suits, sweatpants/joggers, cargo shorts/pants, cut-offs, short shorts/skirts, bike shorts, yoga leggings/pants, athletic tank tops, sports jerseys and basketball shorts. 

Electronic Device/
Cell Phone Policy

Electronic Device/Cell Phone Policy
All electronic devices must be kept in "silent" mode at all times in all areas of the Club and grounds and use for communication purposes is prohibited.

Verbal communications, emailing, texting, watching video or playing video games on any device is prohibited at all times with the exception of the parking lot while inside your car; and near the elevator lobby on the main floor.

Using reading features on an electronic device for news, magazines, and books is permitted at the pool and tennis areas.

Taking photographs with an electronic device and viewing or showing photos to others is permitted on Club grounds.

Social Media Policy
When posting photographs to social media please refrain from naming the Club or its location: this includes using a hashtag (#) or 'at' (@) with the Club's name in the comment field on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and any others. Please select "No Location" or disable the "Location" services from your phone or other devices when posting photos on social media or public websites.
